Welcome to Bulk Tee Prints. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at bulkteeprints.com and any services provided by us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

  1. Services Provided

Bulk Tee Prints provides custom printed t-shirts and apparel, produced using direct-to-film (DTF) printing and shipped directly to customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

  1. Orders and Cancellations
  • Ordering: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Cancellations & Changes: Because orders are custom printed, cancellation or change requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to cancel or modify it, and a cancellation fee may apply.
  1. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms (Carrier Compliant)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive communications from us (via our website forms, checkout, or chat widget), you explicitly consent to the following:

  • Program Description: You agree to receive text messages from Bulk Tee Prints regarding order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, post-order review requests, and occasional promotional offers or specials.
  • Opt-Out (How to Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, you can reply with the keyword HELP, or email us directly at contact@bulkteeprints.com.
  • Rates and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your orders and interactions with us.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  1. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in producing and fulfilling your order, Bulk Tee Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, minor variations in print color or placement, or issues arising from incorrect information (such as sizing or shipping address) provided at checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
